What makes Kynd Habit notebooks eco-friendly?

Our notebooks are made from sustainable, tree-free materials — including handmade banana paper, handmade cotton paper, bamboo, and EcoZen paper. These materials are sourced from agricultural waste and renewable resources, requiring significantly less water and zero chemical bleaching compared to conventional paper production.
What is banana paper and how is it made?

Banana paper is crafted from the fibres of banana plant stems — a byproduct of banana farming that would otherwise go to waste. The fibres are processed by hand into sheets, creating a naturally textured, durable paper that is 100% tree-free and biodegradable.
What is handmade cotton paper?

Our cotton paper notebooks use inner pages made from cotton agro waste — no chemicals or bleaching agents are used in the process. The result is a pure white, naturally smooth paper crafted entirely by hand by our artisans.
What is EcoZen paper?

EcoZen is a premium-grade eco paper used in our EcoZen Notebook collection. It offers a smooth, fountain-pen-friendly writing surface while being manufactured with significantly reduced environmental impact compared to standard wood-pulp paper.
Are the notebooks suitable for fountain pens, gel pens, and markers?

Yes — most of our notebooks work well with ballpoint and gel pens. Our EcoZen Notebook collection is especially suited for fountain pens due to its smooth, low-bleed surface. For markers, we recommend testing on the first page as results can vary by paper type.
Are the covers handmade?

Yes. Our Handmade Banana Paper and Cotton Paper notebooks feature FSC-certified board covers with handmade paper and, in some designs, tribal hand-painted artwork crafted by local artisans.
Are your notebooks certified?

Yes. Our products carry FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification, along with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 certifications — covering quality management, environmental management, and energy management respectively.

What sizes are the notebooks available in?

Most of our notebooks are sized at 8" × 5.5" (approximately A5). Specific dimensions are listed on each product page.
Are the notebooks ruled or plain?

Most notebooks in our range are plain/unruled, perfect for sketching, journaling, and free-form writing. The School Series is designed with ruled pages for student use — details are on each product page.

Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹700.
How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order through the Track Order link in the footer of our website.
Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we ship within India only. For international enquiries, please contact us at hello@kyndhabit.com.

Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged or defective products. If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at hello@kyndhabit.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately at hello@kyndhabit.com or call +91 849 375 6934 if you wish to cancel.
What if I receive the wrong product?

We apologise for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
